Starchy foods like these are virtually fat-free, They fill you up very well and are relatively easy to digest.
You ensure your vitamin supply with a simple method – eat fruit and vegetables five times a day. This simple principle is very effective, to ensure a balanced supply of the body - there it is not a broken leg, if it's an apple five times a day, which they take. Now pay attention, that they do not spoil their healthy diet with misconceptions. There are no unhealthy foods, only the unhealthy use of it.
