Snow must never be buried, because it significantly delays soil warming in spring.

Snow not only protects vegetables that overwinter outdoors (leek, Salat) from frost damage, but also exerts a favorable influence on the soil. But buried in the ground, it does the opposite when planting or sowing the early vegetables. The ground warms up very slowly and also stays wet for too long, thereby delaying the country's order.
