Why is that? The explanation lies in the good arming of man. The wolf chases after its prey, test them and end up killing only animals, the ones he can catch the easiest, because they are sick or weak. Modern man, on the other hand, hunts from a great distance with his rifle while sitting down, that kills indiscriminately. This is how the animals are often killed, that the wolf would never get.
