Where for vegetable plants with pot- or globes no special device is available, are planted with the planting trowel. In this way, the loose structure of the soil is hardly changed. The planting hole is big enough to dig, that the root ball can be easily placed in it. The earth is then pressed against the roots from all sides, that the plants are firm and upright, but their root ball is not damaged.
