It is best to use a dry seed dressing to treat vegetable seed.

Dry stains are easier to use than wet stains. You put a small amount of the dressing directly into the seed bag and shake it for a long time, until all seeds are coated with a fine layer. The excess pickling agent is sieved off, to prevent germ damage. Please note, that tomatoes and lettuce are very sensitive to pickling. Dressing is particularly important when sowing early. When germination is prevented by cold weather, protects the dressing from fungal attack and thus causes a better emergence (beans, Peas). Treated seed should not lie for long, but should be brought into the ground as soon as possible. In the case of wet pickling, the manufacturer's instructions should be followed. After dressing, the seed must be dried quickly in an airy place.
