The panels consist of a high-density fibreboard (HDF) with a water-resistant special glue. So that the plate does not warp, provides a cork pad of 1 mm for the return. The wear layer consists of 2 mm thick linoleum. The main component is the natural material linseed oil, obtained from flax plants. Together with natural resins, Limestone fine- and wood flour creates the linoleum mass, colored by pigments. This basic mass, which is still soft, is pressed onto a jute fabric with great pressure and then matures for several weeks into a hard-wearing floor covering.
Thanks to mechanical connection, the elements become quick and easy, so together with a "click".. It is laid without glue, this means that the covering can be walked on immediately. The glueless laying technique offers even more advantages, because in the event of a move, you can theoretically pick up "Marmoleum click" without damaging the subfloor and lay it again in the new home. Individual elements can also be easily replaced, if a plate has been damaged. Transitions to lower surfaces or to coverings made of another material can be delimited with an adjustment profile.
