Shower stall - wall to tub

Are the tub and shower only in the small bathroom?, you have to solve one more task: the shower stall right next to the tub. For usual cabins, standing on the shower tray, there is not enough space or there is a gap between the tub and the shower partition that can hardly be cleaned and dried. An ideal breeding ground for mold!

So you have to have the shower cubicle adapted to the shape of the tub, which is relatively complex and requires very precise measurements. Our solution with the cut side wall is simpler. Here the cabin wall on the tub side extends just a few centimeters behind the tub. So nothing can splash out when showering and when bathing, spilled water can run off over the shower. You have to measure both variants on site and at the manufacturer (for example Breuer) bestellen. The assembly is no problem for experienced do-it-yourselfers, when you install the wall horizontally and vertically- and ceiling profiles.
1 Der Anfang der Duschkabinenmontage heißt ausmessen der Kabinendimensionen. According to these dimensions, the manufacturer makes the shower enclosure and sends the individual parts to the customer.
2 Zeichnen sie als ersten Montageschritt eine senkrechte Linie auf die Wand, on which the connection profiles are dowelled.
3 Anschließend setzen Sie die feststehenden Glaselemente ein und fixieren Sie vorläufig. Now the door hinges and then the door are mounted.
4 Nun kommt die Feinjustage: Loosen the fixation of the glass walls again, to align them vertically. Then they will be finalized.
5 An die Querstange, which braces the side wall to the wall above the cabin and thus stabilizes it, another strut is now mounted. This bracket extends from the cross bar to the "inactive leaf" on the door side, so that it absorbs the leverage of the opening door.
