The self-adhesive foils (d-c-fix), that we processed for our jukebox, you can get in department stores, decoration shops and hardware stores. It does stick by itself very well, but only on smooth and dust-free surfaces. On the plastic pipes, which we used as pillars, works without pre-treatment. heart phaser- and MDF surfaces should be admitted beforehand- or blocking reason are dealt with.
The tubes connect the floor and the upper end frame with the help of the screwed-on plates, who gets the screens beforehand.
The larger drum only has a plate and the rim. The second plate is not glued, it only serves as a counterpart during production.
A star as a handle is used to turn the drum. So that it doesn't spin on the axle, he gets toothed washers and is countered well.
Cabinet base and hood are glued together as separate parts, connected to each other but only by plugging together. So that the hood with the CD drum and the front support cannot slip on the cabinet, it is secured by shelf supports inserted in holes.
