You know, that all women, or almost all, who look at themselves in the mirror, see the same? And guess what? – mistake! I'm no exception, I would therefore like to tell you an anecdote in advance.

Four years ago I was shooting a TV series in Brazil, in which I have a “Mom” played. One evening I had an appointment with colleagues, touched the “Mamalook” off and went out: with little makeup, a slim black dress, ruby red lips and matching spectacular earrings. One of the men on the team paid me a big compliment, and I replied (ehrlich): "Thanks, but I'm made of mistakes”. And he answered: "That's correct, but they are well put together.” I am content with that. On a good day I can put myself together like this, that the mistakes look like advantages. No matter how old you are, what color your eyes are, whether the pelvis is wide or narrow, When it comes to styling and make-up, the saying goes: “The wind is always favorable for the good ferryman”.

The critical look

To get to know each other, you should take pictures of yourself, preferably with a polaroid camera. From the front, from behind and from the side, and barefoot, in panties and bra. Naked is not so good, because you automatically only pay attention to details. Look at yourself from a certain distance, and register what is typical of your silhouette: such as broad or sloping shoulders, rounds Po, flacher Po, long legs, wide waist.

A little regular exercise can keep you feminine and fit.
