Anyone who wants to actively support the wolf, can do this in different organizations (Addresses on the left on this page).

As strange as it may sound: To effectively protect the wolf, we have to learn first, Nothing to do. Because the greatest enemy of nature is our sense of order. Nothing is allowed to develop by itself with us, grow and proliferate, as it wants, but we humans have to decide about every plant and M about every animal and arrange everything. no tree, no shrub, no hedge, no meadow, no forest, not planted by us, is maintained and used. For us, only a well-groomed landscape is a beautiful landscape. The seemingly useless has no place in it. This applies to the stinging nettle as well as to the swamp, the heap of brushwood or the wolf.

This is how true nature conservation begins in our minds. Only when we learn, to do without order here and there and to leave nature to itself, life can develop freely. Only then will the wolf be able to live with us again; Not, because he absolutely needs the wilderness, but because we will only tolerate him there. He can only live there, where we humans forego use and learn, to limit us.

Then, of course, one should no longer believe in the bad wolf of our fairy tales. We face so many dangers. Autos, drugs, Cigarettes solder many people every day, Dogs bite us, yes, even the bee has claimed many more human lives than the wolves of all times. The public should be enlightened about this and again and again we should fight against prejudices about the wolf. Because only when people's fear of wolves has been overcome, he has a chance of surviving with us.

You can also travel to countries, where there are wolves. Particularly beautiful holiday areas for hiking and nature observation – even if you only get to see wolves with a lot of luck – are for example the Abruzzo in Italy, the Cantabrian Mountains in Spain, the Bialowieza National Park in Poland, the High Tatras in Slovakia or the Carpathians in Romania. “Soft tourism” can help people in these and other remote areas, to earn something extra. You should mention it calmly, that they also came because of the wolves. Because that's what people recognize, that a nature that is still intact is their greatest asset. This above all helps to protect nature and the wolf.
