The term "wellness" is in comparison to many other ideas of mankind, which have come into force late, to which they were entitled, relatively young. Democracy has been known for thousands of years, before their age could really dawn, and her name has changed little throughout that time. Wellness has only been known in Germany for a few years, and also in America, the country of origin of this movement, can't it look back on a comprehensive and all too long history - the ideas, who are behind the wellness, however, some of them are much older.
