Hello my beauties! As I've been rolling out posts about the latest makeup trends using bright eyeshadow colors and Radiant Orchid is the color of the year, some of you asked, how to use such colors in your makeup routine, specifically eye makeup.
I know, bright colors can be daunting, but there are many simple and practical ways, to incorporate them into your eye makeup. In addition, you don't even need it, to invest in an expensive pallet. The four looks, which i can have with powder eyeshadow below, Cream shadows or even chubby sticks can be achieved, but I opted for a simple long lasting eye pencil. As a matter of fact, this eye pencil from Essence (what a drugstore brand is) is only $ 2 spielen! It has a big color payoff, the application is smooth and it's really durable.
Apart from the essence eyeliner in # 17 Tu-Tu-Touquoise, i have concealer, the eyelids, dark brown matte eyeshadow, black Urban Decay eyeliner in Zero and black Lancome Hypnose Drama mascara (evaluation prep HERE)
I have fast and practical looks, to show you, even simple applications can be very effective. You can pair them up with the multicolored eye shadows in the crease or lid, Schimmer oder Glitter und natürlich falsche Wimpern.
1. TOP LINER: One of the easiest ways, for a light color, to add makeup to your eyes, is it, do a simple line along the top lashes. You can end up doing a movie and still do it, a thinner black line closer to the lashes for a dramatic double line. Few coats of mascara will make this subtle, but effective look to finish.
2. base waterproofing: You can certainly make a top and bottom liner for this version, However, if you want an intense bright eye look, I lined the upper lash line with a matte dark brown eye shadow, smudge them into the lashes for a softer worn-in look. I then lined the lower lash line as well as the waterline, with the essence pencil. 2 Layers of black mascara finishes off this look.
3. By V: Noch ein weiterer einfachen Trick! Applying the light color in the inner V of the eyes will not only brighten the eyes, it will make you look, how adorned with jewels. It ensures a perfect “Accesories”, without overdoing it. I lined the top and bottom lashlines with the matte dark brown eyeshadow; Applied Urban Decay Zero on my waterline and of course the Essence Kajal on the inside of my eyes. I also used the pencil over small glitters, Scattered through by the vibrancy bestows.
4. inner half of the eyelid: This is the most dramatic of all looks and makes for a perfect night makeup. I applied the matte dark brown eyeshadow to the outer half of my eyelids, also too along the outer half of the lower lash line. I then filled the inner half of my eyelids with the Essence Kajal, Blend the color with your fingers and re-apply, until I reached the intensity I wanted. I also lined the inner corners of my eyes with this pencil, smear the color along the lower lash line, to meet with the brown shade. I lined my waterline with Urban Decay Zero pencil and applied it 2 Layers of mascara.
These looks are a good place to start, if you are new to using light colors. You can make them subtle or dramatic, as you like, use any color, They range from neon yellows and oranges to hot pinks, radiant orchid, shades of green, want purples or blues. You can go as far as your imagination, so don't be afraid, to play and experiment, to see, what for you;)
