Filigree work on thin plywood

Filigree work on thin plywood
“I want to make a privacy screen out of thin wood, which should consist of a particularly filigree pattern.

The pattern I designed is so delicate, that I can't cut it out with a jigsaw, the radii are tighter than the saw blades allow. I can't get everywhere with the fret saw bow, because it is not deep enough. Do you have an idea, which tool I use to get my pattern?“

The easiest solution: a particularly deep fretsaw bow (to 60 cm), which you can buy in the tool trade. There are also special curved saw blades for your jigsaw, that are narrower than conventional saw blades and allow tighter radii. Another option is an additional table from Newtechnik, which turns your jigsaw into a scroll saw with a particularly wide overhang.
