New scarifiers – Perfect and healthy lawn

At the beginning of the garden year, every lawn can take a hard beating. With the new devices, this is even better and more thorough.

In the spring, when everything starts to grow again, it's time, the lawn from old clippings, Get rid of moss and dead plant parts. The strength of the scarifiers with fixed blades lies in the high and thorough work performance on heavily matted and very dense soil, soft grassy soil.

Since the knives (regardless of attachment) wear out relatively quickly, the shaft has to be lowered from time to time. That's easy: Almost all devices have a central one-hand adjustment. The knives must not be deeper than 3 mm into the ground, otherwise they would injure the roots.

Whether a gasoline- or electric motor is better, depends on several factors. Petrol engines are ideal for large lawns (above 200 m2), very dense, deep lawn, poorly accessible and angled areas.

The cheaper electrical devices are suitable for areas up to 200 m2 and of course there, where the power connection is easily accessible.

How to scarify correctly:
The lawn should be twice (spring and summer) aired and then fertilized. The device will be track by track in the longitudinal direction- or pushed crosswise.
