Waterproof plywood is also the material of choice for progressive builders, if you want to enjoy your house for a long time. The walls are cut, varnished and glued and nailed to square strips. Then the floor and roof are made of aluminum sheet metal with epoxy adhesive (for example UHU Plus) appropriate. Also the sloping log (previously painted) and the perch are glued in.

Pieces of bamboo are also stuck around the ground floor of the house. The rest of the walls are covered with bamboo mats. Sheet metal is cut for the roof, bent into shape, glued on and covered with bamboo mat.

The base plate is as green as fresh grass, brick red the roof, the walls in a friendly light yellow exude cheerfulness even in rainy weather. Of course, the comfortable garden furniture always stays outside, just looking at it is pure relaxation. The construction is as simple as the other houses: Cut waterproof plywood, varnish and connect with glue and nails. Finally attach the decorations.

A broomstick or round wood with at least 3 cm 0 and 150 to 250 cm length is suitable as a support for the houses. The base plate can be screwed on directly. However, it is safer, to drill a corresponding hole in the middle of the plate and to glue in the rod.
Attention: Never use beech wood, because it is not weatherproof!
